1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete and binding agreement between you and jz150 with respect to your use of the jz150 platform, website, and all associated services. These terms apply to all registered accounts, all game play, all deposits, all withdrawals, and all promotional offers made available through jz150.

1.2 Amendments

jz150 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be published at jz150.club/terms-conditions. Any material change to the terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the jz150 platform after the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and governed in the English language. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect without modification.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of account registration. jz150 conducts age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. If at any time jz150 determines that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance remaining in the account returned in accordance with applicable law and these terms.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

jz150 is designed and operated primarily for players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the jz150 platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. jz150 makes no representations that the services offered are lawful or available in jurisdictions outside of Bangladesh. Accessing jz150 from a restricted jurisdiction is done entirely at the player's own risk and may result in account closure.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on jz150 at any time. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within duplicate accounts may be forfeited at jz150's sole discretion.

2.4 Exclusion of Employees

Employees, contractors, consultants, and officers of jz150, as well as immediate family members of the foregoing, are not permitted to register as players or participate in any gaming activity on the jz150 platform.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open a jz150 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Required information includes, but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change after registration.

3.2 KYC Verification

jz150 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with standard anti-money laundering practice. All players must complete KYC verification before withdrawing funds from their jz150 account. KYC verification requires submission of government-issued photographic identification (such as a National ID Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence) and proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). jz150 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purposes of identity verification, source-of-funds confirmation, or fraud prevention.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jz150 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs on your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for that activity. You must notify jz150 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point in the account lifecycle is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. jz150 reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided and to forfeit any balance held in such an account in accordance with its anti-fraud policies.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jz150 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jz150 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered on the platform.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at jz150 is ৳200 for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits are credited to the player's account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jz150 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard mobile wallet transactions. Players must ensure that the payment account used for deposits is registered in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible, subject to processing costs.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted on KYC-verified accounts are processed within one to three hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals may take longer during public holidays or periods of unusually high platform activity. jz150 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that it considers unusual in size or frequency.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jz150 is committed to compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practice. Funds deposited to a jz150 account must be used for legitimate gaming activity. jz150 prohibits the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Players may not deposit funds and withdraw them without engaging in any gaming activity. jz150 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close any account suspected of being used for money laundering, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

4.5 Failed or Disputed Transactions

In the event that a deposit does not appear in your jz150 account within 30 minutes of the payment being made, you should contact jz150 support via WhatsApp or live chat, providing your transaction reference number. jz150 will investigate and, where the funds have been received by the platform, credit the amount to your account within 24 hours. Chargebacks initiated by a player through their payment provider without first notifying jz150 are a material breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through jz150 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. Players must read and understand the applicable bonus terms before opting in to any promotion. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of those bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins or bonus credit are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must wager a total of ৳20,000 using bonus funds before a withdrawal request can be processed. Cash deposits are not counted as wagering unless specifically stated in an offer's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse jz150's bonus system — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, placing bets that do not contribute to wagering requirements as defined in the bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotional offer — constitutes a material breach of these terms. jz150 reserves the right to cancel bonus credit, void associated winnings, and close the accounts of players found to be engaging in bonus abuse, with or without prior warning.

5.4 Promotional Offers and Expiry

Promotional offers made available on jz150, including seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, or IPL, are valid only for the period stated in the promotion details. Bonus credit that has not been wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and will be removed from the player's account without compensation. jz150 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

As a registered player on jz150, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to use jz150 in any manner that violates applicable Bangladeshi law, infringes the rights of any third party, or causes harm to the platform, its operators, or other players.

6.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jz150 platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players in any poker, table game, or sports betting context to influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes match-fixing, insider betting, or the exploitation of non-public information in sports markets.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or display errors in game titles to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achieved under normal gameplay conditions.
• Using the jz150 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jz150 staff members, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

jz150 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to a breach of Section 6.2: immediate suspension or permanent closure of the player's account; cancellation of all pending bets and withdrawal requests; forfeiture of all or part of the player's account balance; and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where the conduct in question may constitute a criminal offence.

7 Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership of Platform Content

All content displayed on the jz150 platform — including but not limited to the jz150 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jz150 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to jz150.

7.2 Permitted Use

You are permitted to access and use the jz150 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of jz150's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

7.3 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on jz150 are provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective game studio. Any dispute relating to game outcomes, mechanics, or display is governed by the technical systems of the respective game provider, whose certified Random Number Generator (RNG) results are final.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your jz150 account at any time by contacting the support team via WhatsApp or live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, jz150 will process any pending withdrawals on the account, subject to standard KYC verification requirements, and close the account within five business days. Players seeking to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request immediate self-exclusion, which takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.

8.2 Closure by jz150

jz150 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in response to: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; a failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame after deposit; suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; a court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority; or any other circumstance where jz150 reasonably determines that account closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

8.3 Balances on Closed Accounts

Where an account is closed by jz150 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at jz150's sole discretion, subject to the severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, or where closure results from a change in platform operations rather than player misconduct, any verified cash balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten business days of the account closure being processed.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. jz150 will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address before taking any action on a dormant account. If no response is received within 30 days of that notification, jz150 reserves the right to close the dormant account and, where the balance is below ৳200, to treat the remaining balance as an administrative charge. Balances above ৳200 on dormant accounts will be held in accordance with applicable law pending a valid withdrawal request from the verified account holder.
